  稍有些鸡汤的感觉，但整体不错，四个agreements分别是：1. be impeccable with your words;2. don’t take anything personally, 3. don’t make assumptions; 4. always do your best.我与第二个agreement最有共鸣，大概意思是别人对你的评价看法还是行为都好，其实与你无关，这些只是他们内心世界的映射。个人觉得作者的说服力不是很好（或者至少我有挺多地方没能理解或者认同的），但这些agreements还是有实践意义的，但算incorporate them into my daily life。后面总结的几章里有些精彩的内容，比如关于awareness的和forgiveness的。
