薏米2022-07-02很富有希望和感染力的观点，因为“想要相信”所以读了这本书，本以为会看到很多强有力的观点和正面论据，结果意外地发现作者的论证恰恰是从一个个“质疑”、从推翻一个个看似牢固的反面观点推进的。尽管作者使用的某些实例美好而理想化得仿佛梦境，但是从注释还是能感受到材料的扎实。人性本质上并不如当今大众文化所渲染的那般自私，美好与良善一直以来才是人们内心确实向往的东西吧。
